  Rain Couldn’t Stop Our Enthusiastic Artists Paint the Town was held on Saturday, September 28th with 21 artists painting ‘en plein air’ around the City of White Rock for 3 hours. Some artists were located under pop-up tents while others were in front of local shops that sponsored them. There were even a few passers-by who stopped to watch the artists creating while taking in the sights and sounds around them. In spite of the cold, rainy weather some wonderful works of art were created. The City of White Rock is hosting a community forum on the selection of various types of decorative walls being installed throughout the City.
