2019 Holiday Market – Vendor Application


All crafters and artisans are welcome to participate in our 5th annual Holiday Market in the contemporary Turnbull Gallery in South Surrey Recreation and Arts Centre.  The South Surrey Recreation and Arts Centre is a fully accessible hub for health, wellness and creativity for everyone in the community from preschool to seniors.

🎅🏽 Guidelines:

  1. All items must be handmade by the applicant. Sorry, no third party sellers or distributors.
  2. All items must be appropriate for an all ages audience.
  3. All exhibitors must donate a small item or gift card with a minimum value of $10 for our gift baskets which will be raffled off during the Holiday Market.
  4. Food vendors must adhere to the Fraser Health Food Safety Guidelines. All food vendors will be required to supply a copy of your certification.

Exhibitor tables are 5′ x 2.5′. Apply early as space is limited. To apply, fill out the form below. Once we have received your application one of our staff members will contact you to confirm your spot and make arrangements with you for payment. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.

$70 per table for Non-Members

I will contribute one of my items with a minimum value of $10 towards the gift basket which will be raffled off during the market. Gift cards are acceptable.

I understand that once I am accepted table fees are due within 1 week.
Payment options include: over the phone, via paypal, or cash,debit or credit at Semiahmoo Arts office.
