Semiahmoo Arts Society operates the arts wing at South Surrey Recreation & Arts Centre. Our facility is suitable for events and activities such as visual art exhibitions, workshops, classes, readings, rehearsals, meetings, receptions and special events.

*Day rates are based on an 8 hour charge. Set-up and take down needs to be scheduled and included in rental times.

Facility Rental Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
• Closed: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day

Semiahmoo Arts Society Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
*There are no support staff to renters outside these hours. Please ensure you are aware of the rental policies and facilities before your rental to avoid issues.
*City of Surrey staff are not responsible for offering support staff for Semiahmoo Arts Society facility rentals.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 30 days or more of rental, the renter retains 75% of fees
  • Cancellations within 15 days of rental, the renter retains 50% of fees
  • Cancellations within 7 days of rental, the renter retains 25% of fees
